SITUATION REPORT FROM KOGI STATE
There is very little to say about Kogi State in respect of Covid 19. To God be the glory Kogi is one of the two states that are not part of the pandemic . There is no incident in the state although Abuja had a record of two which the state denied. The controversial indent case has since been discharged.
Life is generally normal in the state. All cadres of Civil servants have resumed work from Monday this week. It appears the only establishment that is locked down is education. This is so because it appears the state is only hesitating to see the direction the federal government may take. In fact, the state ministry of education goes on to collect money from schools to conduct primary school leaving certificate and basic education examinations as if nothing is happening around.
We have written to our governor in line with our president's letter to federal authorities.
