SUBJECT: GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF THE NAPPS NATIONAL SECRETARIAT AND CONFERENCE CENTRE
DATE: 13TH OF JULY 2023.
Dear Esteemed Colleagues.
Kindly be informed that the much-anticipated GROUNDBREAKING ceremony of our National Secretariat and Conference Centre will hold on the 2nd of August, 2023. The arrival time is 1 pm.
The venue is NAPPS Secretariat and Conference Centre Land, opposite Law School, BWARI, FCT, Abuja.
It is mandatory for the following officers of the association to be in attendance:
i. Members of the Board of Trustees
ii. Members of the National Executive Council
Iii. Zonal Executive Council memebers
iv. State Chairmen, Vice State Chairmen, and Secretaries
v. Local Government Chairpersons and Secretaries.

It is expected that all invited leaders be seated by 2: 00 pm, while the event will commence by 2 15 pm.
All participants are to come with personal evidence of payment of NAPPS National Secretariat Building Levies.
While state chairmen are to come up with a list and evidence of the remittance of members' NAPPS National Secretariat Levies.
We also use this opportunity to remind members to pay the mandatory levy of a minimum of N20,000 ( Twenty Thousand Naira only) National Secretariat Building Levy to the NAPPS state account.
Similarly, we need to tell the state chairmen to kindly remit the secretariat building levies collected as of 31st of July 2023 into the NAPPS National Secretariat UBA account above.
The list of all the payments is to be compiled with the below format and sent to the WhatsApp no below:

Also, sequel to the request of members and leaders of the association to extend the invitation to all willing members and leaders, the NEC NAPPS has therefore opened the participation for all the executive members across all the NAPPS administrative levels and all the members of the association who are willing to attend.
However, such members have to be responsible for the logistics regarding their attendance while the National NAPPS will cater for their lunch during the groundbreaking event.
We need to reiterate the fact that pre-registration on the link above is essential to allow us to cater adequately for the intending participants by preparing for their seating arrangement and their feeding. We will request such members to send evidence of the payment of the National Secretariat levy and other profiles of their schools to thier state chairmen and copy numbers above.
Meanwhile, members are generally encouraged to further donate generously and beyond the minimum levy towards this noble cause. Special donations will be acknowledged as mentioned below.
A special directory will be published, a Very Special Donor Wall will be established, Uncommon donors Spotlight will be created, etc, with details of all donors towards this National project. Watch out for details soon.
