OGUN STATE BRIEF SITUATION REPORT
Effective from when schools were closed in the state and nation wide, we have remained faithful to the directives of the government.
It's worthy of note that everything about COVID19 in Ogun State looks top-secret to the extent that members of NAPPS are of the opinion that COVID19 is a scam.
Government had talked about palliatives that are invisible. Same as home feeding project of the federal government in the state.
Our members are dead broke asking for what the association can do to relieve them. I have personally from personal pocket given out foodstuffs; 7 bags of rice, 1bag of beans and cash in excess of 300,000 at #5,000 and #10,000 to members who had reached out to me via bank transfer to them.
There are current agitations from few members that NAPPS leadership in Ogun State had not done enough are the reasons why our schools are still not opened after markets and malls had been opened by government. Every effort to correct such impression had hit strong brick walls.
I have been attending every necessary meetings and given necessary instructions on matters of NAPPS in the state.
Our state Secretariat is functional till date and everything therein is perfect and safe under the watch of our night and day security guards.
