Brief Description

BRIEF HISTORY Lagooz Schools was established on the 19th of September, 2005 with a view to imparting Knowledge to its teeming students for academic excellence. The school started with a population of 44 students in all classes on the day of resumption. The population rose geometrically to about 193 students within its first session. CURRENT POPULATION Currently the school has over 645 students and about 100 staff. This is because the students have always performed creditably in SSCE, UME, NECO and even oversea examinations such as TOEFL, GMAT, among others. What is responsible for this is the outstanding classroom performance and sound mastery of the teaching subjects by the experience and professional teachers. It is not surprising, therefore, that parents and guardians who want solid academic foundation for their children and wards bring them to Lagooz Schools. Consequently, there is a rapid student numerical growth. SCHOLARSHIP AWARD Lagooz Schools in a bid to encourage parents and, perhaps, assist the less – privileged established a Scholarship scheme for students in public and private schools including Lagooz students. The scholarship is awarded to students who perform excellently in our scholarship examination and meet other requirements as may be deemed necessary by Lagooz scholarship Board in agreement with other terms and conditions which apply. The scheme is established to Boost the interest of student and it is subject to re-application BRANCHES AND DIVISION Lagooz schools, a Co-Educational School has two branches, One at 31, Coker Street, Funmilayo Bus/Stop Agege and Plot 11 and 12 Omotoye Estate Road, Mulero Bus/Stop Agege. Lagooz operates Nursery, Primary, Secondary & Tutorial Classes.
