NAPPS CONDEMNS THE GRUESOME MURDER OF MR. HAMEED SAHEED. A MEMBER OF THE TEACHING STAFF OF ARMY CHILDREN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL EPE LAGOS STATE
The National Executive Council of NAPPS, on behalf of the entire members of the association, condemns in its entirety the gruesome killing of Mr Hammed Saheed, who until his death, was a member of the teaching staff of Army Children Senior High School, Epe, Lagos State.
We pray that the Almighty God grants his family, his school management, staff, students, and everyone affected by his death the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss. May the soul of the deceased rest in perfect peace.
We, therefore, use this opportunity to call on security agencies to intensify efforts to bring to book the killers of this great Nigerian.
In the same vein, we urge the Federal Government and State Governments to prioritise the security of schools throughout the country as the nation cannot afford to continue losing great educators, students to the act of violence, kidnappings, terrorism in schools.
We pray that the killer(s) of Mr Hammed Saheed will soon be found, prosecuted and appropriate punishment meted out to them. Once again, our condolences to the family, friends, colleagues and the entire Epe Community.
