FG COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR SCHOOL REOPENING: SUBMISSION OF ATTENDANT FORMS

SUBJECT: FG COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR SCHOOL REOPENING:  SUBMISSION OF ATTENDANT FORMS


DATE: 21ST JULY, 2020


Dear Esteemed Colleagues, 


The attached is the guidelines for COVID -19 from the Federal Government.


To this end, members are to do the following


I.  Go through the guidelines to ensure that their schools are in order for safe reopening using the attached guidelines. 


2.  Members are to fill the attendant forms


3.  The filled attendant forms should be collated and submitted to the chapter chairpersons.


4.  The Chapter Chairpersons are to return the filled attendant forms to the states


5.  The State Chairmen will then return the filled attendant forms to the Zones.


6.   The Zonal Vice Presidents are to return the filled attendant forms to the National.


7. The filled attendant forms are expected to reach the National on or before 29th July 2020 as directed by the Federal Government.


8.   Members should also note that individual state governments will further announce their own peculiar safety guidelines as this is just the general guidelines before states will come out with their own.


9.  Please note that our adherence to these guidelines will project our association as a responsible association that is ready to join hands with the government to fight COVID-19


10.  It should be recalled that NAPPS had already announced to the public and the governments that NAPPS member schools were ready for the safe reopening of schools.


11.  Therefore, the evidence of our readiness to safely reopen schools is to fill the form and submit accordingly as instructed above.
